AA #3000 – Student Growth Course for Teacher and Principal Evaluators

Required for all who evaluate teachers and/or principals. This academy focuses on the student growth requirement in the PERA law. Participants will be able to use and understand how different types of assessments are used for measuring growth, how to use data from the evaluation process to link teacher and school-level professional development plans to evaluation results, and how to communicate evaluation outcomes and findings in constructive and supportive ways that enable teachers to set goals and improve practice.
